where do you ship to?
BLUE OCEAN NAILS BAR INC ships to all 50 states. We currently do not ship internationally.
when will I receive my order?
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of processing your order (orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day). As we are shipping from Washington DC, total shipping time typically runs 3-5 days for east coast delivery and 5-7 days for west coast delivery.
how are packages shipped?
Packages are shipped via USPS ground.
how much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on location and size of order. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
do you charge sales tax?
BLUE OCEAN NAILS BAR INC will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the District of Columbia.
do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns at this time.
can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately after the order has been by emailing us at [email protected] We cannot promise an order can be cancelled but will do our best to do so. We work as quickly as possible to process orders and we are unable to cancel or make changes after the order has been processed.
